Neil Scott has been a valuable addition as a Plumbing Division Manager at Cool Air Mechanical, Inc. Neil brings years of experience to Cool Air including working in the highway division for Swanston Equipment in Fargo, North Dakota, four years as an engineer for the US Army, and nine years as a UH-60 Blackhawk mechanic and crew chief for the US Army. Neil holds a B.A.S. Degree in Construction Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Mark Worms, P.E., holds a B.S. Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. As a third-generation professional engineer in the Worms family business for 19 years, Mark leads the Industrial and Ammonia/Refrigeration division at Cool Air Mechanical. His expertise is in Industrial and Commercial HVAC, steam and refrigeration systems design.

Chris Worms, Vice President of Cool Air Mechanical, has worked for Cool Air since 1989, originally as assistant Service Manager and eventually as manager of the Service Department. Prior to coming to Cool Air, Chris worked as a layout and design specialist for the Bartley/Linsey Company for three years. Chris is a graduate of the Dunwoody Technical College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jeff Hawthorne, MBA, Vice President of Cool Air Mechanical, holds a B.S. Engineering degree from Dunwoody College of Technology, Minneapolis, Minnesota and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jeff joined Cool Air Mechanical in November 2023 to lead the startup of CAM Controls. With over 36 years of electrical installations/controls, engineering, UL Panel Shop experiences, his expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ operational efficiency and productivity.
